I am writing to complain about an unsatisfactory purchase. I refer to a fridge I bought five days ago from GVS appliance store.

When I ordered it, the fridge was not in stock, hut a sale-assistant said it could be ordered from the suppliers. I rang many times to confine my order and checked it was the right one. However, when delivered, it was nothing like that. I rang thesales-assistant for an explanation but the problem hasn’t been solved. I am now awfully upset as I have paid for a fridge I don’t really want.
