According to the purchase contract dated March 10, 2019, the products should have been delivered by the end of May at the latest. Enclosed is a copy of the contract we have signed before.
Unfortunately, we have not as yet received the shipment, nor have we received any notice of shipment.
As we need the goods urgently, we will set the end of July as deadline for delivery.
If your company does not deliver by this lime, we must cancel this contract.
