简述特里芬难题。

特里芬难题是指要满足世界经济和国际贸易增长的需要，国际储备资产必须相应增长，必须使美国长期国际收支逆差才能完成，但是各国手中持有的美元数量越多，则对美元与黄金按官价兑换越缺乏信心，并且越要将美元兑换成黄金，这一矛盾将导致整个体系的瓦解。
