请简述信用证结算方式的三个特点。

（1）信用证是一种银行信用，开证行开出信用证后承担第一性的付款责任；
（2）信用证是一种自足性的文件，信用证一经开立，就独立于买卖合同，不受买卖合同的约束；
（3）信用证是一种单据的买卖，银行只根据表面上符合信用证条款的装运单据付款。
