什么是决策？什么是经营决策？

决策是指人们为了实现一定的目标，借助于科学的理论和方法，进行必要的计算、分析和判断，进而从可供选择的诸方案中选取最优方案。经营决策是确定短期内（一般为一年）的最优生产经营目标或实现某一目标的最优级生产经营手段。
