《费舍法案》

1918年，英国国会通过，正式将保育学校纳入国民教育制度中。把保育学校的设立和援助工作全部委托给地方教育当局，规定除伙食费和医疗费外，对保育学校学生实行免费入学，并对13所政府承认的保育学校实行国库补助。
