简述商品流通的概念。

答：商品流通是以货币为媒介的商品交换行为，是运动着的具有交换价值的物质在流动中寻找通道并得以实现的过程。商品流通具有双重含义：
（1）以货币为媒介的商品交换，其结果是商品价值补偿和创造所有权效应。
（2）指实物在空间上的流动和时间上的延续，其结果是创造了商品的时间效用、空间效应和形质效应。P34
