简述“Y”式系统的特点。

‘Ｙ’式网络可以让组内的每个成员进行沟通，但是只能通过中心人物。
这个系统中的中心人物就是直线和‘Ｙ’型相交的那个人。这个系统和链式没有实质上的区别。‘Ｙ’式网络也可能会阻碍群体内所有成员的对话，也是一个等级结构的例子。
