简述化脓性脑膜炎患儿脑脊液的改变。

（1）压力升高，外观混浊；
（2）白细胞总数显著增多，以中性粒细胞为主；
（3）糖含量显著降低；
（4）蛋白质含量增多。
脑脊液涂片可找到病原菌，细菌培养阳性。
