停用呼吸机指征：①患儿病情改善，呼吸循环系统功能稳定；②能维持自主呼吸2～3小时以上无异常；③吸入50%氧时，PaO2＞6.65kPa（50mmHg）；PaCO2＜6.65kPa（50mmHg），可开始撤掉呼吸机。
