(1)期望理论认为,管理实践中各种激励因素作用力的大小,取决于人们对他所能得到的结果的期望价值和他认为得到该结果的概率。(2)要调动人们工作的积极性,必须处理好三方面的关系,即个人努力与绩效的关系、绩效与奖励的关系、奖励与满足个人需要的关系。
