偏嗜五味。偏嗜寒热。偏嗜烟酒。
饮食过量或暴饮暴食，超过脾胃受纳运化的能力，导致饮食停滞、脾胃受损，出现脘腹胀痛拒按、厌食恶食、噯腐吞酸、上吐下泻等食伤脾胃的病症。
