简述Excel中公式的“自动重算”与“手工重算”的区别。

自动重算：当公式所在的单元格内容改变时，系统自动重算，并自动更新单元格内容。手工重算：当公式所在的单元格内容改变时，系统不进行自动重算，手工选择后才执行。
