试述出口押汇的特点。

(1)由于银行要买入出口商开具的汇票和全套货运单据以使出口商提前获得资金，因此，这种融资实际上是一种票据贴现。(2)从外国进口商付款取货这点来看，两地之间发生了汇款关系，因此这种融资方式称为押汇。
