氯转移

氯转移：红细胞对HC0₃^-的通透性很大，大部分HC0₃^-扩散到血浆中；而对正离子的通透性却很小，因此在HC0₃^-扩散至血浆的同时，血浆中的C1^-向红细胞内转移，以保持电荷平衡，这一现象称为氯转移。
