试述牵涉痛的定义和临床意义，并至少写出三种常见的牵涉痛实例。

定义：某些由内脏疾病引起的远隔体表部位的疼痛或痛觉过敏现象。临床意义：有助于某些疾病的诊断。实例：心肌缺血→心前区、左臂尺侧；胃溃疡和胰腺炎→左上腹、肩胛间；肝病和胆囊炎→右肩胛。
